A complete renovation of a 1930’s property for a lovely young family, who wish to retain the charm and quirkiness of the property while making it a safe and inviting home.
our Client's Vision
The story behind the build
This type of renovation is what we get up for in the morning.
It was a rewarding challenge, transforming a long-neglected property into a warm, functional home. Stripped back to its core, the house underwent a complete overhaul, with new electrics, heating, and insulation. The client collaborated closely on key design elements, including a bespoke front door with coloured leaded glass. The project also introduced modern conveniences, such as a dual-color painted kitchen and a reconfigured layout, while enhancing outdoor spaces with a new driveway and landscaped garden.
