our Client's Vision

The story behind the build

Philip has lived in the Hartley Wintney all his life and the property was his parent’s family home.

He had seen several builders before approaching us but none of which had inspired him to take the project any further. He was looking for a company with a willingness to evolve his ideas, taking it into a home for the 21st century. Inspired by his vision, we quickly built a solid trusting relationship.

He had already obtained planning permission for a rear and side extension, and to re-designed the external elevations with render and grey cladding. Within a few weeks, together, we re-designed a new grand entrance staircase with a vaulted ceiling and introduced a few new features such as flat ceilings throughout the ground floor, Lutron lighting, solar panelling and new wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Together we took this project to a whole new level, completely renovated to our exact standards and ready for the new memories to begin.

An absolute pleasure to do.
