The story behind the build
The client approached us to breathe new life into this tired bungalow, transforming it into a modern home that suited both their budget and style. After exploring several design options, we settled on a plan that not only met their needs but also brought the property in line with current building regulations and contemporary living standards. During the renovation, we discovered a hidden surprise – a redundant swimming pool beneath the house. This unexpected find didn’t slow us down but instead sparked new ideas for the layout, which we completely reworked. The result? A spacious master suite with a dressing area and ensuite, along with a large kitchen and open-plan living spaces perfect for modern family life.
