The story behind the build
Shades of Grey was our second project management development with Scozak Developments Ltd. Our desire to build the highest quality homes coupled with a close working relationship, lead us on to this successful client build.
The home is a modern rendered building with grey stone copings and a feature plinth course.
Internally, we fitted concrete floors with underfloor heating throughout. Each room was individually designed to the client’s wishes, right through to working closely their interior designers, planning each area in fine detail.
We believed that the staircase design could be improved to suit such a grand home. We used all our experience and knowledge to create the perfect entrance hall and staircase. Cupboard space within the original design was also limited. Therefore, we designed a new plant room for the heating & hot water system, which in return created essential wardrobe space.
