The project was for the demolition of a 1930’s bungalow and the redevelopment of two new 3000 sq./ft four-bedroom properties. We were employed from the outset of this project and managed the whole development from start to finish. We helped with the purchase of the site, designed the two new properties, processed the planning application and organised the full build and sale. While under construction, one of the properties was sold at an early stage and we were able to liaise with the new buyers, changing the designs to meet with their exact wishes and dreams.

These included bespoke staircase, luxury fitted bathrooms and tiled floors.
