1.
Initial Consultation
The first step of our process is for us to fully understand what you would like to achieve. We find it helpful to have a full understanding of your lifestyle, dreams and wishes, which we accomplish by carefully listening to your requirements. We can offer advice and design solutions that suit you and fits within your budget.

Design & Planning
The next step is to translate your ideas into a conceptual design. Our expertise in both design and construction will enable you to have a clear estimate of costs and programme timescales.
- Establish work scope
- Referral to interior designers if required
- Quantity surveyor estimate
- Create programme
- Sign design and build agreement.
3.
Construction drawings
Architectural drawings are then created for the relevant authorities and construction purposes. At this point in the process, accurate budget headings can be established for all the different components of your project.

- Material selections and finishes schedule
- Full work scope
4.
Review & Construction Contract
A final review of all your specifications takes place to allow you to refine the costs of each element of the project before proceeding to the construction phase. We will guide you through every step of the building process from concept to completion. We are always available to speak personally.

5.
Pre-construction & Delivery of Build
Before we can commence, we need to notify several parties to satisfy statutory obligations. We will coordinate everything and update you continually throughout the build process. During the build, we will have weekly progress meetings with you and phone app communications. After each stage of the build is complete, we raise an invoice.
